About Bulgarian Trade Partners Ltd

In December 1999 Bulgaria was invited by the European Union to open accession negotiations following which Bulgarian Trade Partners Ltd (BGTP) was formed with the sole purpose of promoting trade between Bulgaria and, in particular, the rest of Europe but with a specific focus on the United Kingdom.

The executives of the company are well connected in the commercial sector of both countries and have an extensive network of Associates with experience in almost every Industrial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Commercial and Public sector discipline imaginable.

BGTP is a wholly owned subsidiary of Balkan Holdings plc a member of The British Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce (BBCC) set up in 1993 to support business between the United Kingdom and Bulgaria.

Our experience is used to identify products and services from Bulgaria and to identify suitable business partners for those products and services either in the United Kingdom or mainland Europe to all parties commercial advantage.

Although not every product or service from Bulgaria will have a ready market in the European arena the company is continually working on a number of concurrent projects, both product and service oriented, and for all of which we have clearly identified a demand in either the UK or mainland Europe.

Whilst these current projects are confidential the company is willing to consider any new proposals from Bulgarian suppliers and manufacturers who are wanting to expand their marketing efforts into Europe and will also entertain enquiries from the UK/EU as to whether a particular product or service can be acquired from or manufactured in Bulgaria to either a higher quality or more cost effectively than they are currently able to obtain from existing suppliers.

Bulgarian Trade Partners operates on a commission only, retainer or fee basis depending upon the actual nature of the project being undertaken.
